Since 2004, locally owned and operated Tutoring Club has been a cornerstone of the community, helping more than 400 students each year through its experienced team of professional tutors. From kindergarten through senior year—and beyond—Tutoring Club has earned annual recognition for helping students succeed in reading, writing, math, sci ence, AP courses, and SAT®/ACT® preparation.
Managing Director Joey Salaga believes every student can benefit from extra support. “Everyone needs help sometimes. Classes can move quickly, and life—including extracurricular activities—can complicate things. We’re here to help with every subject, from foundational math and reading to physics and everything in between.”
Individualized support is key. The Tutoring Club creates a game plan customized to each student’s specific learning needs. One recent graduate and Tutoring Club scholarship recipient shared, “Without Tutoring Club, I would have struggled far more. The flexibility made all the difference. Some weeks I attended twice, while other weeks I took time off. Joey was always there to work with my schedule.”
Joey’s advice to families is simple: “Start early. Turning grades around in November is much easier than waiting until May. Once a student falls behind, the challenges compound quickly.” That philosophy has helped thousands of students build confidence, improve academically, and thrive over the past 22 years.
