The conversation around health and wellness has evolved over the past few years. People today aren’t just chasing workouts or weight loss; they are also searching for help with energy levels, sleep issues, and stress relief. Enter ReviveX, Ridgefield’s newest wellness studio, located at 415 Main Street, on the rear lower level. Opened by huband and wife JP and Jade Mikhael and brother Salim Mikhael, ReviveX aims to redefine wellness from the inside out. “As fitness has evolved, we’ve seen how important recovery is,” says Salim, who also owns Results Fitness with JP.
ReviveX took over the space previously occupied by another spa, but they’ve expanded the wellness experience, offering a variety of treatments including red light therapy, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, cold plunging, and contrast therapy (alternating between dry sauna and cold plunge). Newer treatments include their Vitamin C shower experience, which clients say gives their skin and hair a healthy glow. “Our infrared sauna has definitely been one of the most popular services—it appeals to such a wide range of people for relaxation, detox, recovery, and stress relief,” says Jade. Additionally, ReviveX is offering health coaching with Jade, who is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Factoring in nutrition supports ReviveX’s holistic approach to health.
While many athletes use these treatments, JP is quick to point out that everyone can benefit. “It’s a space designed for anyone who wants to take their wellness seriously, whether they’re an athlete, a busy professional, a parent, or simply someone ready to improve how they feel and age,” he says. Clients of all ages and fitness levels have been enjoying the services. “I’m much more intentional about how I care for myself. Starting my day at ReviveX is less of a wellness routine and more of a daily investment in how I want to feel,” Kristy Elisano.
If you’re new to the wellness scene, not to worry, ReviveX’s knowledgeable staff is there to guide clients to the therapies best targeted to their needs. “People aren’t just walking into a wellness studio—they’re walking into a supportive environment,” says Salim. ReviveX’s website helps clients “stack” their treatments to make the most of their time in the studio. ReviveX is membership-based, offering a variety of monthly packages, although they do accept some a la carte bookings. They can also accommodate parties such as ladies’ night out or birthday celebrations.
If you’re curious, stop in for a quick tour – you just might leave feeling refreshed and recharged. “Recovery and longevity belong to everyone, and ReviveX exists to bring that to Ridgefield in a space dedicated entirely to feeling and aging well,” says JP.
