Tequila Escape may be known for their margaritas, but their cocktail menu is incredibly diverse, offering a libation for every type of cocktail enthusiast. The Bee’s Knees cocktail dates back to Prohibition, but Tequila Escape puts a fresh and fragrant twist on the classic by using a local, lavender-infused honey. If you don’t have that at home, we show you how to make a honey lavender syrup using just honey, hot water, and dried lavender here. We can’t help saying this – Tequila Escape’s version is truly the bee’s knees.
2oz Roku Suntory Japanese Gin
1oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
.75 oz Fresh Lavender-Infused Local Honey
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. (Tip: Double strain for an even smoother cocktail.)
