Lisa Cambridge-Mitchell spent over 20 years as a senior music executive at Sony and BMG, shaping the careers of global superstars such as P!nk, Usher, Mary J. Blige, and Snoop Dogg, before launching her own practice, Persist in Joy, which provides coaching and workshops for high-performing creatives and executives. Roger Garbow is the founder of Full Throttle Marketing, aConnecticut-based automotive marketing and PR firm. A member of the International Motor Press Association, he’s a contributing writer to numerous outlets including Road & Tracks and the DRIVE.com.
